Judy ‘s official title at Woerpel Images is “Sales Associate” which, essentially means, she gets to get out in the community, meet new people, present a wonderful product and have fun in the name of “working”! Judy was originally hired to sell advertising for Upper Peninsula Magazine but later became a more permanent part of the Woerpel staff and sells advertising for other publications as well.
Judy moved back to the U.P. in May of 2004 when she married her former classmate, Charlie Vader! Prior to the move back to her hometown, she was living in Raleigh, N.C. and enjoyed a variety of sales experiences that included event planning, retirement community apartment sales, retail and corporate sales with a large floral company and magazine advertising sales.
Judy resides in Escanaba with her husband, Charlie. Charlie is a retired Escanaba elementary education teacher and former city councilman; he also served as Escanaba’s mayor. Judy works part-time and Charlie is in retirement “mode” so they love having time to travel to NC and other parts of the U.S. to visit family members and friends. Between them, they “claim” 4 sons, 2 daughters-in-law and 4 “grand-puppies”!
