Nathan Blixt
Nathan Blixt grew up during a unique time in history when computer generated imagery (CGI) bloomed from almost indiscernible squares into photographic realism. It was more than 10 years ago that he started creating CG art. While attending Michigan Technological University, he won awards at various art and design competitions with his CGI. He also trained to create artworks with traditional media, most notably colored pencil. He experiments with methods of using colored pencils to produce interesting and compelling results.
He graduated in 2001 from MTU with a Bachelor of Arts in Scientific and Technical Communication. Since graduation Nathan has been applying his talents and skills by developing websites and other creative projects.
